Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Not all payments are automatically refunded when you cancel AplicHost hosting services. This article discusses when refunds are automatically issued and what payment methods can be refunded.
Products purchased from AplicHost, Inc. may be refunded only if canceled within the refund period specified below. Only requests submitted through the Client Area are considered valid. After cancellation, AplicHost is not responsible for data loss due to suspension or termination.
STANDARD REFUND TERMS

| 1-30 Days | Eligible for refund on Shared, VPS, WordPress, Windows Shared, Radio, Reseller, and Game Hosting. Note: cPanels and Domain fees are non-refundable. |
| 30+ Days | No refunds will be given after 30 days of service usage. |
No Refund After Account Closure: You must request a refund prior to closing your account.
Cryptocurrency Note: Refunds will NOT be given for products bought using cryptocurrency, Tokens, or digital assets due to market volatility.
REFUNDS BY HOSTING PLAN
Shared, Reseller & WordPress
- Full refund if canceled within the first 30 days.
- Biennial and triennial plans are NOT eligible for a refund.
- Free domain names: A fee of $16.99 will be deducted from the refund if canceled within 1 year.
VDS Hosting (Linux, Windows & Mac)
- Refund available within the first 7 days for plans under $96.50.
- Offer valid only for the first package purchased.
Dedicated Servers & Mac Hosting
- Dedicated Servers: NO REFUNDS due to free rack installation and setup costs.
- Mac Hosting: 15-day refund window for Mac VPS plans.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
If a chargeback is initiated, your account will be blocked and data terminated without warning. Reactivation requires paying the outstanding balance plus applicable fees.
LATIN AMERICAN CUSTOMERS
Refunds are available for unauthorized transactions or duplicate charges. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
